The role is for a seasoned marketing practitioner to join a growing team as part of a wider operation across London and the US. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director for Marketing and Creative strategy and partnering with them in growing the agency's integrated business. The role involves leading on the delivery of client programmes, building key relationships with senior clients, growing business with organic up and cross-sells, leading on pitches, managing a team across the full creative and marketing mix and developing strategies to impact our client’s businesses. Vested has an ambition for sustained growth across clients and industries in Financial services, and we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial, driven focus to help make that a reality.

Responsibilities:

Actively works to improve Vested as a global business - top-line revenue, profitability, client portfolio, staffing, cultural, programmes and services and more

Leads and wins new business pitches - actively participating in first, second and final meetings as well as developing and finalising proposals and programmes independently

Proactively consults clients on integrated marketing and communications strategies

Upsells additional programmes and services to clients through consultation or creative ideas

Leads planning and strategy workshops with clients to map business/comms goals and can build effective marketing and communications strategies that achieve those goals

Holds a deep, successful relationship with senior-most contacts at client

Direct and support the design and development teams to understand the client’s business and goals, which may include internal education sessions, access to client conversations, etc

Manages teams successfully to ensure team members are producing high-quality output

Both leads and participates in the execution of programmes that receive positive feedback from the client

Demonstrates daily leadership in mentoring/guiding the team to ensure programme results are exceeding expectations

Comfortable across the full social mix, organic and paid, with experience running programmes that are multi-channel

Both leads and participates in the execution of programmes that receive positive feedback from the client

Both leads and participates in the execution of social content and running paid media programmes that receive positive feedback from the client

Understands full user journey cycles, and is up to date on the latest opportunities provided in platforms to drive traffic, capture data and grow audience loyalty

Ability to manage freelancer and freelance budget usage and time planning

Manage WIP meetings with clients and teams

Leverages data to review servicing levels and overall profitability of clients; makes adjustments in servicing as needed

Review analytics and reports, layering on insight, strategy and programme direction.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience working in an agency as a senior digital/social media marketing professional,
-
Experience leading multi-platform programmes in the B2B (preferably FS or Tech) space.

Experience in Content marketing, branding, lead gen, social media, SEM, rich media production, eDM, web development
-
Experience working in B2B Marketing / integrated agency, specifically B2B, Tech, FS or professional services.

Experience working with global brands, from start-up to enterprise-level
-
Strong programme management skills and detail-oriented
-
Strong commercial acumen.
