Our SAE's are responsible for the day-to-day execution of integrated programs via collaboration with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and other leaders to execute programs. They also help manage junior team members to ensure programs and tasks are being completed on-time and to the Vested standard. SAEs are involved in program strategies and provide input into the ideas and objectives of client programs to build stronger personal relationships with your clients.

As an SAE, you’re responsible for executing on your responsibilities and tasks, communicating effectively with your seniors and juniors, reviewing and helping to manage the work of the most junior team members, and effectively communicating with the client. 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

  • Beginning to consult clients on integrated marketing and communications methods (paid, owned, earned or shared) - or is able to provide advice in more than one channel
  • Involvement in the day-to-day execution of a multi-channel program on behalf of the client
  • Managing client calls and meetings
  • Contributing to client strategies  on account across multiple channels
  • Maintaining strong relationships with reporters and media; identifying strategies to secure coverage
  • Developing full range of written materials including client correspondence, press releases, media pitches, briefing sheets, etc
  • Contributing to development of client and agency award submissions
  • Identifying areas of improvement related to client delivery - such as organizational processes, further education on the clients’ business, executing higher-quality work
  • Reporting on program progress in a way that shows understanding of the clients’ goals - over email, phone or in-person
  • Participating in new business opportunities either as requested or voluntarily
  • Beginning to consult with clients in a one-on-one capacity
  • Developing strong working relationships with members of the client team (even if at more junior levels)
  • Demonstrating ownership over work and exhibiting a commitment to delivering excellent outputs on-time
  • Showing ownership over the day-to-day execution of programs that receive positive feedback from the client
