The Vested Graduate program is a fast-track program within our agency providing hands-on experience working with client and account teams across paid, owned and social media channels. Vested Graduate Associates become integrally involved in the day-to-day support of account activities, working collaboratively with all their team members to ensure their tasks are being completed on-time and to the Vested standard. Graduate Associates provide support on projects and the many core functions that help keep accounts running successfully.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support to account teams providing support with project management and keeping track of deliverable deadlines
  • Media monitoring, list building, trend spotting, conducting outreach and monitoring for coverage
  • Supporting media relations efforts, including developing drafting pitches and long-form content
  • Supporting the team by assisting with research and brainstorm sessions
  • Building social media plans for clients
  • Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
  • Developing ideas for integrated work and content across print, digital and social media
  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence
  • Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls
