Our Account Managers are responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated programs, ensuring that client strategies and tactics are executed on-time, on budget, and to the Vested standard. As an Account Manager, you’re responsible for delivering a high standard of results to the client while being their primary point-of-contact on a daily basis. You will also be managing junior team members and partnering with senior leaders within the organization to meet deadlines and oversee campaigns. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to provide proactive consultation to the client on integrated marketing and communications methods (paid, owned, earned or shared)
  • Ability to lead accounts or large programs while providing direct oversight of junior team members
  • Identifying areas of improvement related to client delivery, such as streamlining organizational processes and pursuing further education related to the clients’ business.
  • Ability to lead a multi-channel program on behalf of a client
  • Ability to craft strong creative, media and brand narratives
  • Knowledge of PR, digital marketing and integrated campaigns
  • Participating in new business opportunities either as requested or voluntarily
  • Build and maintain media lists
  • Create, pitch and coordinate news release templates and distribution
  • Compile, measure and track metrics across multiple platforms
  • Developing strong working relationships with clients as well as Vested team members
  • Reviewing work being produced by the team to ensure output is up to Vested standards
  • Successfully manages account teams on a daily basis
