Vested Directors are responsible for owning and leading a portfolio of accounts, leading strategic marketing and communications strategies for their clients, managing team members to ensure programs are being delivered above clients’ expectations, and cultivating new business opportunities.  Directors are (the majority of the time) the ultimate lead on their overall accounts and will be held accountable for the retention and growth of their clients as well as the motivation/effectiveness of their teams and direct reports. Directors play a critical role in the business of the agency and are expected to demonstrate a deep commitment to the growth of the agency.

We are looking for somebody with significant financial services experience and a proven track record of delivering excellent work in one of two areas:

Corporate Communications

Experience developing and delivering corporate communications strategies for stand-out financial services brands. Consciously building and shaping their reputation in the market to meet a businesses’ strategic objectives. Experience that stretches across reputation and crisis management would be beneficial.

Integrated Campaigning

Experience delivering high-octane integrated campaigns that raise awareness and deliver impact amongst target audiences – against the backdrop of strategic corporate objectives. Successful candidates will have been involved in setting the strategic direction and ensuring excellent delivery across multiple channels.

• On their leadership journey, clearly demonstrate their skills as a great client handler and people managers, as well as being a positive contributor to the culture at all times

• Able to independently win, own, manage, and grow a portfolio of client accounts

Our approach to work is agile and the team currently all spend some of their working week at home and some in our Southwark office - based on their needs and workflow.   Due to the nature of this role, we are seeking candidates in the London area who can operate from our London office as needed (82 Great Suffolk Street)  Hours are Monday through Friday starting at 8 am GMT.
